A higher level of awareness
Psychics have a very finely tuned sense of intuition, an inner wisdom that they are able to tap into through perception, understanding and sensitivity. We all have a sense of intuition – sometimes we have a ‘gut feeling’ about something or a dream that seems to be telling us something – so we all have the ability to be psychic if we tune our minds to it. It’s a different type of intelligence; perceptive rather than analytical.
Nowadays the world is so focused on rational, scientific fact and little credence is given to the realm of spiritual and intuitive consciousness, which is often dismissed as hocus pocus. However, the world can’t be explained simply in black-and-white scientific facts. There’s a lot about the mind, consciousness and personal energy that we have lost the ability to perceive. Many children can pick up on things that adults can’t – while their minds are still open, before they’ve been conditioned to dismiss their creativity. It’s possible to learn as an adult though – it’s a matter of refocusing the mind to reach a level of acute awareness that will help us to understand the universe around us.
